Are we not women? Women.. capitalized. Insane, complex, fragile, strong, perplexing, gorgeous, loyal, disciplined, impetuous, mysterious women. I feel for the women in my life..of the world…so steadily filled with negatively shaped images of ourselves from birth. It’s all about flow. Everyone has it inside of their soul…there is a spiritual river flowing inside of you. We spend our lives changing the true course of the water. From the moment we’re born, the water starts in a direction toward it’s destiny. We build dams, change patterns…try to swim up stream. We sit in it, unaware of it flowing all around us. We fight against it, pollute it…fear it. We allow it to drown us. The water will take us to where we are meant to be, sometimes it’s not our fault we get off course….but, we have to get back in to swim, flow…

 I’m American…I need to adhere to the rules and regulations of that. Im not politically affiliated or interested. Mind over matter. It is sincerely my deepest source of strength. I can will myself to finish the hardest task.
